The document is real but the death wasnt so the story has a happy ending. There was a great deal of confusion sorting the victims from survivors in the early months after the disaster. J. E. Puzey was a steward on Titanic and this official government certificate records his death from the
General Registrar Office of Shipping and Seamen 20th June 1912. Imagine the surprise and delight of his grieving family when he showed up at the front door of his home!
